Welcome to Mr. Holschbach's Site
I grew up in the Whitelaw area and attended High School in Valders. I made the choice to continue my education at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where I received my degree in teaching with minors in mathematics and social studies. Mathematics has always been a passion of mine and I am lucky to have landed in a spot that allows me to share that passion with the students. I believe that every student has the ability to be successful through hard work and dedication from both myself and the students. Math has become more entwined into our daily lives than most students realize. Over the past year I was welcomed into the Stangel community and have grown as an educator. I am excited to start my second year teaching 6th grade and use some of the strategies and techniques learned over the course of my time here. Also I look forward to another year of getting to know both the students and staff on a whole new level.
When I am not at spending my time at school you may find me on a local golf course with my family or a group of friends. Over summer I found it relaxing to escape for short period of time on the golf course. Sports have always played a large role in my life and I am a passionate Brewers fan, win or lose. This summer I spent my time working for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. While working there I was the 4th grade leader at their 8 week summer program. While living down there I was able to attend my fair share of Brewer games.
I look forward to another good year at Stangel working and learning from some amazing people.
